Vice Presidential Debate!

As most of us know, last night was the vice presidential debate. My family and I decided to watch it. Maybe you did too! Let’s talk about it.

Personally, I think that the debate went well. Both sides were respectful and presented good arguments. Compared to the rollercoaster that was the presidential debate, this was such a step up.

One thing I noticed was that Senator Kamala Harris was dodging some questions. She started off addressing the question, then she kept changing the topic. She definitely drove her points home, but not at the right time. Even though I don’t completely agree with her politics, I have to give credit where credit is due. She was very well-spoken.

Vice President Mike Pence (in my opinion) did a great job. He learned from President Trump’s mistakes and was very respectful and patient. He also delivered some amazing lines like “You have a right to your own opinion, but not your own facts.” I think that was a strong line. Even Senator Harris herself agreed.

On a funnier note, did anyone else notice the fly that landed on Vice President Pence’s head? That was pretty funny.
