I’ve just seen the show “Raising Dion” and here’s my opinion on it. It’s a Netflix original  show about a kid having super powers.

After the strange death of her husband,Nicole soon discovered her son Dion has super powers. They then find out that the powers aren’t what they seem,and they have to save the world before it ends. 

The story takes place in Salt Lake City,Utah. The main characters are Nicole,the mom,Dion,her son,Mark,the dad,Jazmyn,Nicole’s sister,and Pat,Mark’s best friend.

The main actors/actresses are Alisha Wainwright,Jason Ritter,Ja’siah Young,and Michael B. Jordan. I think they all did a fantastic job playing their roles.

I liked everything about the show, especially Dion’s powers, and how he could move things with his mind. Then, I liked how there was a huge plot twist in the show that I would have never suspected. Lastly, I like how the show ended on a cliffhanger, because it’ll make you want to come back and watch season two.

What I learned from the show,and what others could learn is that not everyone is what they seem to be. Another lesson, and maybe even more important, is that even when things get hard you can always push through it.

If you really like sci-fi or action shows I would recommend this show for you. I wouldn’t recommend it for kids below nine, because it can get very intense, and shows intense fighting with people getting hurt.

The NetFlix rating of this show is TV-PG. 

Lastly, I think this show is very good. I rate this show a 5 out of 5 stars.
