Cristi Watts, principal of ROJH, has been preparing for the mock disaster drill for several months. Watts discussed her thoughts about the drill with “RO: In the Know.”

Q: How have you prepared for the mock disaster? 

A: I have had a series of meetings with the police department and the fire department over the last three months.

Q: Are you nervous about anything? 

A: Yes. I want to be sure everything works out.

Q: How do you think the drill will go? 

A: I think the drill is going to go very well.

Q: How do you think the drill will benefit students? 

A: After every practice, the students will be prepared and ready for anything that comes their way.
