Daniel Roland, social studies teacher at ROJH, is part of the Safety/Security Crowd Control team during the mock disaster drill. Roland discussed his thoughts about the drill with “RO: In the Know.”

Q: What were your thoughts when you were selected for the Safety/Security/Crowd Control team?

A: I am the man for the job.

Q: Why do you think you are the man for the job?

A: I always get the job done.

Q: Have you prepared for your role?

A: Meetings with my staff team.

Q: What are you nervous about?

A: Making sure I do my job right.

Q: What do you think your greatest strengths will be as a team member?

A: Leadership. I’ve been doing it all my life.

Q: If you could play another role, which role would it be and why?

A: Victim, because I would just lay there and go “Ughhhh.”
