Matthew McCullough, football coach and technology teacher at ROJH, is serving on the Safety/Security/Crowd Control team during the mock disaster drill. McCullough discussed his thoughts about the drill with “RO: In The Know.”
Q: What were your thoughts when you were selected for the safety team?
A: I was surprised at first when I was asked last year to be on the team.
Q: How have you prepared for your role on the team?
A: We’ve spent many hours of the day practicing as a team.
Q: What are you nervous about?
A: Seeing something or someone get hurt.
Q: Why do you think you were picked for this role?
A: My ability to control people when they get out of hand.
Q:What do you think your greatest strengths will be as a team member?
A: My size and his voice.
