Few are unusual, weird , or even unique. People have some interesting pets, with unusual traits. Eighth grader Ambrin Hayes has three ferrets Rogue, Havok, and Mystique and two ducks Cheese and Quackers. The traits for the ferrets are, they like to hide things and fit in small spaces. The ducks traits are they like to nibble on your legs and toes.

You may have unusual animals but no matter what they are your family. There are many
different species that can be pet approved or that you may not think of as pets but they actually are.

You need to have a permit to own certain animals such as tigers, leopards, bobcats, jaguars, servals, bears, baboons, chimpanzees and gorillas.

The heart of a shrimp is located in its head, a snail can sleep for three years, the fingerprints of a koala are so indistinguishable from humans that they have on occasion been confused at a crime scene. Slugs have four noses and elephants are the only animal that can’t jump. A rhinoceros’ horn is made of hair. It is possible to hypnotize a frog by placing it on its back and gently stroking its stomach, and it takes a sloth two weeks to digest its food.
