An awards celebration for the Red Oak Middle School cross country teams is set for Thursday, Nov. 19, from 6-7 p.m. in the ROMS cafeteria. The event, which is sponsored by the Cross Country Booster Club, is free to attend.

“All the runners should come to support their friends, to just keep together as a family. That’s the biggest thing, cross country is a big family,” cross country parent sponsor Irina Rodriguez said.

All ROMS cross country runners will receive an award. An MVP award will be given to the season’s standouts.
