New ‘Battlefield’ lacking in content

Matthew Barrett, Arts & Entertainment Reporter

There are a lot of mixed feelings about the newest addition to the Battlefield franchise. People are dissatisfied with the content in the game, including the lack of a large selection of weapons, vehicles, the considerably smaller map sizes, and the lack of noticeable map destructibility. The content for “Battlefield Hardline” is lacking because there are only 54 firearms, which is less than “Battlefield 4.”

The company is trying to make up for the lack of the content. But they also plan on fixing the lack of destructibility in the environment.

Another problem with the destructibility is that the one thing you want to destroy may not get destroyed.

Battlefield Hardline is not one of the best games but I have to give them respect for their cops-and-robbers theme. The story is pretty decent and keeps you interested.
